My strengths are in the fields of HR Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Culture, Leadership & Succession, DEI, Talent Management, OD, Change Management, Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Labor Compliances.

I describe myself as a curious person, one who is deeply trusted, is accessible, and has a great sense of humor. My managers describe me as "highly self-motivated", and "having a very balanced approach". "People person", "go-getter". For my peers who are business leaders, I am someone who is "a business enabler", "quite objective", "a good negotiator", and "a culture catalyst". My team members find a "trusted friend", "mentor", and "role model" in me. Many ex-colleagues who were hired by me from B-school campuses as Management Trainees are still in touch with me and bounce their life decisions with me saying I am a good "sparring partner".

I describe my leadership style as ensuring Win-Win for Business and People. as I believe People want to work in winning organizations, and it is People who make an organization a winning organization.

On weekends, I invest my time in pro-bono mentoring/ coaching students and young professionals.
