For my peers who are business leaders, I am someone who is "a business enabler", "quite objective", "a good negotiator", and "a culture catalyst". Many ex-colleagues who were hired by me from B-school campuses as Management Trainees are still in touch with me and bounce their life decisions with me saying I am a good "sparring partner".

On weekends, I invest my time in pro-bono mentoring/ coaching students and young professionals.
