As an executive coach at UN Mentor, I partner with leaders from diverse backgrounds and industries to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. I leverage my 18 years of experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and strategy consulting, as well as my credentials as an ATD Master Trainer and a TRACOM-certified social style instructor, to design and deliver customized coaching and learning solutions.

My passion is to build transformational leaders who can navigate the complex and ever-changing world with confidence, clarity, and courage. I draw on my unique journey from serving in the Indian Army, to leading learning and culture initiatives at Accenture and EY, to teaching and consulting with global organizations and institutions. I believe that by applying the first principles of organizational dynamics, strategy, and mindset, leaders can unlock their full potential and create a positive impact.
