Led projects on employee experience, skill-based organization, and talent management etc. I am an expert in digital HR and have worked in India, APAC, and the Middle East in IT, professional services, consumer electronics, and banking & financial services sectors. My leadership roles encompass HR consulting, strategy & business development, people leadership, and learning & development.

My experience of business roles in HR consulting and HCM SaaS enables me to bring a practical approach to HR interventions, ensuring successful outcomes. Recently, I have focused on leveraging AI in HR, promoting skills-based organizations, and employing human-centric design thinking for organizational effectiveness. I have also led research efforts on the Future of Work and effective HR tech transformation.
