Shilpi Gautam is a Trainer, Behavioral Coach & an HR OD Consultant.  Shilpi is a Strategic Human Resource Professional with more than 16 years of Training, Consulting & Industry experience. She has trained, coached and designed OD interventions for various organizations. She is a seasoned HR professional with experience gained in the IT, ITES , E Commerce, Manufacturing, Finance, FMCG industries with a demonstrated track-record of formulating HR strategy that aligns with business objectives. She has deep experience in structuring organizations, integrating business performance with people capability, initiating and managing large scale and complex HR projects at a business group level and harmonizing policies and work practices across the business group.  She is a Post Graduate in HR &OD from Delhi School Of Economics and currently a Candidate for Global Fellow in Talent Management from The Wharton School. Shilpi has been awarded the license of as the Global Talent Management Leader ( GTML™) by the Talent Management Institute, Austin, TX, USA. She is also a Fellow in HR from Carlton U.S.A. She is certified in Gamification and Customer Analytics from Wharton , University of Pennsylvania.  Shilpi Gautam has been certified as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst , Learning & Development Manager and Training Facilitator from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, U.S.A.  Shilpi is certified in Transactional Analysis by the National Counseling Society.
