I come with an academic background in Organisation Development and a rich 20 years of diverse work experience that spans across industries & countries . What I see as the common denominator, is the role people play in any successful enterprise and my belief in the endless potential of people which makes me passionate about Organisation Development. I believe I am a visionary and have taken a lead to setup OD function in organizations. I am is a Coach & specialize in Leadership Development, Development centers, Competency Mapping, Career progression frameworks, creating, sustaining & measuring Organisation cultures, Organisation design & change interventions. In L&T Technology Service, my role is to provide strategic people services to the organization through diagnosis, alignment and development of people to enhance effectiveness thereby enabling them to achieve individual / organizational goals. I am responsible for driving Strategic OD initiatives & Organisational transformation projects to drive Top line & Bottom Line results which resulted in securing the much coveted BML Munjal Award for Business Excellence through Learning & Development, presented by the Former President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherjee.. -Top 6 organisations in "Global Leadership Award" by Dale Carnegie Book is yet another testament which talks about the robust & impactful Leadership Development practices .
