About this speaker

I demonstrate expertise in conceptualizing, leading and driving organization-wide L&D initiatives in order to ensure that the level of talent in the organization is aligned with the strategic ingenuity. I hold global experience as a hard-core L&D strategist and executioner with a prime focus on training delivery, developing a strong people connect, skill enhancement & cultural transmission with people across geographies and levels as this has been more of a passion than a job for me. I drive business value, provide visionary thinking, and focus more on results than on input. Hence, I play a critical role in taking centre-stage in the learning driven business transformation of the organisation. The success of my role is measured in three core areas; transforming the business performance of learners, creating learning experiences that engage learners & promote content absorption, and finally improving the operational efficiency of the region with enhanced skill sets. For the past 16 plus years, I’ve been designing customised knowledge & skill enhancement solutions to help people learn how to work together productively, live together in harmony and resolve conflicts effectively. I’ve designed and conducted experiential training interventions for global & national business corporate houses, public centre units, government agencies, social set-ups and educational institutions. I have administered Training, Coaching Interventions & Psychometric tools across the globe with people from diverse backgrounds, levels and cultures; somewhere over all these experiences and exposures, I have also tried to gauge a comprehensive understanding on cross cultural context of cognition, adult learning transfers and attitudinal & behavioural modification patterns within the organisational ethos. I apply Psychological and Behaviour based methods to specific present-moment work-related issues in a way that enables individuals to incorporate effectiveness into their permanent management or leadership repertoire. Each L&D intervention is like a mini-laboratory of human behaviour. In this “laboratory” one sees the way people compete, allocate resources, respond under pressure and most important, how they relate to one another under different conditions.
