Building Quality in Learning Design

Building a learning experience is a challenge - you need to get your message across, but you also need to maintain the interest and attention of the participants throughout the workshop. This is particularly challenging with online training when you cannot judge the level of interest or attention of your participants. In this talk, I will be covering some of the main issues and giving you tips, techniques and suggestions on how to make your training as effective as possible.
