Headed HAL Management Academy as Dean and later as Executive Director from 2005 to 2015. Visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore for Project Management for MBA Aerospace and Aviation program. Had presented a paper at ISTD National Conference on a Value Stream approach to L&D.
